Abstract

The context of the reform and opening up, China's market economic construction the deepening of the development, the rapid development of non-public enterprises, has grown to become an important part of our national economy. As of the end of 2008, the country registered private enterprises 6,574,200 29,173,000 individual businesses. In the same time, the country's fixed assets investment totaled 17.23 trillion yuan, of which foreign-funded enterprises completed 1.41 trillion yuan, 11.18 trillion yuan in non-public enterprises. ① shows that the non-public economy has gradually become an important force in the national economy, playing an increasingly important role in the promotion of national economic construction. However, we should also see the building of party organizations in the non-public enterprises is still very weak, a lot of non-public enterprises has not been established party organizations, despite the small number of non-public enterprises has been established party organizations, but the mechanism of party is still not perfect, institutional not perfect, the Party organizations to play a role in the enterprise is not very good. Weak party-building work of the non-public enterprises not only detrimental to strengthen the Party's class foundation and expand mass base, but also has a great influence on non-public enterprises with their rapid growth, this problem has aroused great concern of the central authorities, \improving Party building under the new situation, the decision of a number of major issues pointed out: \where there is party organizations, where party organizations where there is a sound organizational life and the role of party organizations, and give full play. Therefore, the strengthening of party-building work of the non-public enterprises, promote the healthy and harmonious development of non-public enterprises, is related to a major event of our party's governing building and governance embodies important sign of whether the party leadership effectiveness. In this paper, based on the work of party building survey of the different types of non-public enterprises, the use of documentary research, organizational model, the operating mechanism of the empirical research work of party building in the new era of non-public ownership enterprises, work carried out in-depth research and exploratory proposed to strengthen party building work in non-public enterprises in the present stage of China's basic ideas and operability. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part, in-depth analysis of the system by the research work of party building in non-public enterprises and a lot of learning literature, the status of the work of party building in the new era of non-public ownership enterprises for research provides a rich theoretical guidance and research material; clear direction of research of this subject, methods and content to lay a good foundation for the study of the subject. Then, the development of non-public enterprises to continuously strengthen the Party's class foundation, expand the mass base of the need, the need to promote the healthy development of enterprises, the need for building a socialist harmonious society, is the in-depth development of enterprises ego needs. This chapter focuses on the analysis of the rapid development of non-public enterprises to bring the work of party building unprecedented opportunities and challenges, in order to strengthen the importance and urgency of the work of party building in non-public enterprises. This is the focus of this research.
