Abstract


The mental disorder disease is a kind of modern epidemic and multiple diseases, similar to the neurosis and the climacteric melancholia. The morbidity is growing and has the severe impact on the life quality of the average people. This subject includes the preparation and quality standard of XinNaoNing capsule on the mental disorder disease.During the studies of the preparation, there are mainly three parts involving studies on extraction and inclusion of volatile oil from cinnamomi, studies on alcohol extraction and water extraction by the orthogonal test. The method of oil inclusion reported by current documents is proved.In the researches of quality standard , Concha Margaritifera Usta has been determined; Glycyrrhiza, Scutellaria, Rheum and Ziziphus have been tested to exist by TLC. The determination result of Saikosaponin A in the capsule is 0.7903mg ยท g-1. The stability of the capsule character has proved the primary stability research.
