Abstract


FAW Car Co. , Ltd. as the object of study , combined with the actual status of the car manufacturing business , from the perspective of the financial analysis by the company from 1997 to 2003 financial statements and related financial data analysis , FAW Car operating financial proposals . This paper argues that the financial position of the FAW has experienced three stages : from rapid growth to deteriorate , to the slow recovery phase . Compared with the same industry analysis , we found that the car industry is highly competitive , a single company's products , lack of management level is main reason for fluctuations led to the financial position of the FAW . Finally, the problems for the company , targeted solution .
