Abstract

The increasing of economy mostly depends on consumption, investment and export. Our country is a developing country in the industrialization and urbanization, at the same time, the level of people’s consumption is very low in many cities. So accumulation and capital formation especially the fixed capital formation play an important part in the economical increasing. With the development of economy, the tertiary industry plays an important role in our country. So it is very significant to analyze the influence which is made by the fixed asset investment on the whole tertiary industry and it’s internal industries. On this basis, we can know the trend that was made by the fixed asset investment, further more about the reasons. For these, we can make many useful policy recommendations for our economy.For a more thorough analysis of fixed assets investment to boost tertiary industry, the thesis elaborates it thoroughly in two aspects. For the first, we should study the fixed assets investment’s role in the tertiary industry for promoting economic growth from Phased implementation, and the annual. For the second it is necessary for us to analysis how is the investment’s going in the internal industries.The basic structure of the article is as follows:Chapter1, Introduction. Full text of this chapter describes the background and practical significance and summary domestic and foreign research of the investment, the tertiary and the relationship between them. At the meantime, I point out the line of innovation and technical writing, so the target will be more objective , more clear idea and more scientific methods. Chapter 2, The consistency of the third industry and the fixed asset investment in Chongqing. On the first hand, we analysis the trend of the fixed asset investment and the third industry’s value added, including their rate of growth. On the second hand, we can know the trend of their growth is the same, and the time is behind..Chapter 3, The quantitative analysis of tertiary industry and the fixed asset investment in Chongqing. We can get the conclusion that the fixed asset investment and the tertiary industry’s value added are in the mutual influence. And also, there is an equilibrium relationship between them in a long time. So we can set up a mode to calculate their interaction.Chapter 4, The ICOR analysis of the third industry’s fixed asset investment.. Based on the findings of the previous chapter, we mend the ICOR formula, so that we can calculate the third industry’s Investment efficiency which is made by the fixed asset investment form 1985.Chapter 5, The comparative analysis of the investment efficiency in the tertiary interior. In this chapter, I analysis the fixed asset investment’s influence on the third industry through the panel data.Chapter 6, Conclusions and policy recommendations. Through formal analysis, we can get many useful information, so that, I can give many policy which will be helpful for the government.Generally, there are two the contribution in this paper, first, considering the actual situation in Chongqing, I mend the ICOR formula’s shortcomings. So the conclusion will be more accurate. Second I analyze the third industry’s interior to find the fixed investment’s great effect in real estate. Of course, there is many shortcomings, such as the incomplete analysis of the investment influence.
