Abstract


The farmers’specialized cooperative is the product of Chinese rural society marketability reform. It is also the innovation of agricultural organization system. The goal of this kind of innovation is to increase own benefit of the members. Therefore,the key development of the farmers’specialized cooperative is the establishment of the reasonable benefit joint and the benefit assignment mechanism. Forms“benefits and risks sharing”with the members. Only then can increase the development motion of the farmers’specialized cooperative, promotes the farmers’specialized cooperative to develop effectivly.Finally promotes the farmers to increase their income.This article take Shaanxi Province as the main illustration object, take the new system economics theory, the cooperative economics theory, the division of income theory and the modern business management theory and so on correlation theories as a foundation. Through the discussion, the questionnaire survey, statistical and the measurement analysis’s method.Form the macroscopic angle , analyse the farmers’specialized cooperative benefit mechanism’s present situation, the existence questions and the influencing factors. Has promulgated the cooperative society at the same time from the microscopic angle regarding its member of society benefit influence, on the other hand elaborates the cooperative society regarding director’s benefit drive.This article first through to the Shaanxi Province 52 farmers’specialized cooperative questionnaires and the interview informations, analyze specialized cooperative development condition, the achievements and the operational mechanism. Analyze the benefit mechanism and the influencing factors of the farmers’specialized cooperative from the property right arrangement angle and the management structure angle.Next from the microscopic angle, accodring to 112 members questionnaire survey’s foundation. Has analyzed the cooperative and member’s benefit joint and the benefit assignment mechanism, benefit demand and satisfies the degree. Then through theory and empirical analysis cooperative regarding member of society benefit influence.From the microscopic angle, analyzing interests relationship between director and cooperative ,and incentives situation, this paper proposing measures of incentive directors.According to the above research, and unifies "Farmers’Specialized Cooperative Law". Proposed that the farmers’specialized cooperative should take the synthesis measure.Both strengthen the cooperative own system construction and the account executive.Enhance the cooperative to coordinate the peasents and farmer’s cooperation consciousness fundamentally. To the cooperation correct understanding, simultaneously. Emphasize the government should creat external environment for the farmers’specialized cooperative.
