Abstract


With the development of economic globalization, the "economic development" factor has been an important index to judge one country’s comprehensive competition. Economic development promotes the country development and the financial development is a significant factor in the economic development to play a pivotal role in the regional economic development. A country’s prosperity is decided by its economic competition and the core of the economic competition is financial competition. At the same time, the key of the financial competition is the competing among the financial centers, so it is important for construction of financial centers to promote country’s development.China has been entered the WTO organization and the economic globalization gets further development. Therefore, some cities in China spring up the hot topic of constructing financial center successively. Beijing, shanghai, Shenzhen are the most competitive in building financial centers among them. Meanwhile, many researchers and scholars discuss the city which has the advantages to establish financial center. Some of them think that Beijing should take this chance. Moreover, as the economic center and financial center in North China at modern times, the leaders are considering the reconstruction of regional financial centers in tianjin. Tianjin with the famous port locates on the central area around Bohai and it is the neighborhood of Beijing. Facing north-eastern Asia and owing the advantageous economic hinterland make tianjin develop easily. So the governors of tianjin should pay more attention to share out the work with Beijing and give play to its advantage.This article is analyzed as the following: the first charter puts forward the meaning, general situation and ideas of the research and explains the selected time; the second charter analyzes the basic theory of regional financial center concerning the meaning
