Abstract


Chinese enterprises are facing the challenges of the competitive environment in the era of economic globalization and the new economy , and on this occasion , many domestic enterprises have begun implementation of ERP projects , promote enterprise management information process , to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises . Corporate fitness is a big problem for these companies, they will have to face - not suitable for start ERP projects in the domestic market , what kind of ERP software for enterprise ? Especially now , many domestic ERP software market products concept flooding , more on this issue is perplexed . Are due to each of the ERP software and its back - end repository management thinking and the integration of information technology , ERP project 's basic platform and application tools , ERP software selection will become the ultimate success of the decisive factors in enterprises to implement ERP project . On this issue at home and abroad to be a concern and research can be divided into three categories : 1) ERP software market analysis ; 2 ) ERP software requirements and user research ; 3) ERP software selection , vendor competitive comparison and software technical comparison . However , these studies have a certain gap solution for the actual problem , can not enable enterprises to get out of the confusion among the ERP . This paper studied from two aspects : 1 ) the use of domestic consulting firm market analysis report , re- analysis of the basis of the analysis , digging out the reason why the current domestic ERP market \combination products ( business) growth process and case analysis divided the mode of application of the ERP software , make research results more concise and easy-to-use .
