Abstract


Under the conditions of economic globalization, the Chinese government is vigorously promoting the corporate FDI (Foreign Direct Investment Foreign direct investment referred FDI), and take the initiative to meet and integrate into the globalization of strategic initiatives. The face of complex and volatile international markets and the process of globalization continues to accelerate the trend, the implementation of the \an important means of improving the international competitiveness of China's private enterprises. The face of local overheating of the Chinese economy, the increasingly fierce competition in the traditional domestic consumer goods market as well as the Western developed countries, the rise of trade protectionism thought as the most dynamic part of China's economy, more and more private enterprises spontaneous FDI ideas . Understanding the FDI influence of environmental factors, in order to identify weaknesses solutions, strategic planning for private enterprises an extremely important reference significance. However, with respect to the introduction of foreign capital in terms of the domestic management of the academic study of FDI for Chinese enterprises is relatively small, existing research has mostly concentrated in state-owned enterprises, only a number of private enterprises as the results of the study also put more emphasis improvements in system construction and management mode, little academic achievements of private enterprises FDI environmental issues. This paper studies the international and domestic political and economic situation, the private enterprises FDI environment differences, different characteristics of private enterprises, and the combination of traditional cross-border investment theory in line with China's national conditions and the actual situation of the private enterprises, mining investment universality own advantages (Strengths) factors include: the resource cost advantages, the traditional concept of the advantages, the advantages of the industrial structure, the institutional advantages of property rights, the unique technical advantages; disadvantage (Weaknesses) factors include: small-scale enterprises, the traditional concept of defect, the core competitiveness, lack of coordination awareness lack of risk mechanisms; facing external opportunities (Opportunities) factors include: the regional economic cooperation, China's accession to WTO, foreign policy of peace, the Government strongly support the surrounding environment; external challenges (Threats) factors include: international unrest, cultural differences conflict threat of trade protection, competition of foreign enterprises. All factors into the SWOT matrix structural analysis, to distinguish between the environmental factors, which can only be solved by the government level, what is the enterprise level to respond, and what can be quantified in-depth study. Then gravity model by investing the introduction of further in-depth analysis of external factors which can be quantified; through quantitative and qualitative analysis and research, investment environment for FDI of Chinese private enterprises facing its own proposals. Given at the end of the article, the two targeted business case for reference, accompanied by a brief comment.
