Abstract


With the integration of the world economy and the development of information technology , enterprise asset restructuring has become an important way of social resources to be configured . Governments based on competing for the leading position in the world 's political and economic considerations , given the corporate restructuring actively oriented , direct intervention and vigorously promote . China 's economic development speed of the global attention , but the task of economic restructuring is still very heavy . Adjustment of economic structure , improve the quality of the operation of the entire national economy and the economic efficiency of enterprises , promote the transformation of economic growth mode becomes the core of China's economic work . In this paper, through research, analysis and research the HG assets of the company reorganization background , process , results and the policies involved . HG company was founded in 1958 , is a country \National defense building and socio-economic development process , the company has played an important role , but with the deepening of China's economic reform and development of the market economy , the trade union ideas and enterprise management , decision-making and backward , causing enterprises to gradually withdraw from the market . The HG development and decline of the company , reflects China's economic development and reform process . Its withdrawal historical reasons, institutional reasons, but also has its own reasons .
