Abstract


Master budgeting management of the Gansu electric power corp. has been running for six years, set up a budget management framework, but the effectiveness of budget management failed to effectively play, it is difficult to adapt to the rapid development of the company’s needs, which needs to be improved and perfected. Based on the dual needs of theory and practice building power grid enterprise’s master budget management and evaluation system as a research starting point, using the case study method, to study the master budget management and evaluation system improvements of the Gansu electric power corp. Firstly, the theory of the development of the master budgeting management were reviewed; Secondly, the relevant theory of the master budgeting management and the relevant circumstances of the Gansu electric power corp. were introduced; Finally, proposing a specific building plan the in base of improving the design of the system and describing specific targets. Apply the master budget management to the production and management of power companies, to help power companies adapt to the rapid development of pressure encountered in the process of investment and cost-effective short and long term conflict of interest, to bring about the level of corporate improve, and ultimately improve business performance.
