Abstract


\The first part of this article pointed out that the research purpose , applied to the property rights theory , research background and domestic agricultural land property rights Research ; second part of the analysis of the importance of agricultural land ownership ; analysis of agricultural land in the third part changes in the history of the system , come to China since the founding of the agricultural land system process is the process of the country deprived of ownership of agricultural land by legal means ; fourth section analyzes the reasons for the state-controlled two phases of agricultural land ownership , that the state-controlled agricultural land ownership from the original development reasons \The fifth part of this paper analyzes the need for farmers to regain ownership of farmers , the use of data analysis to farmers on agricultural land is expected farmers on agricultural land inheritance, transfer of new requirements , the final analysis of the return of ownership of agricultural land of farmers will give farmers benefits . Fifth part ownership of agricultural land and the similarities and differences of the Chinese mainland in Japan, Taiwan, South Korea , come to the reason for their success is to adhere to the stability of agricultural land private property rights system since the reform of the agricultural land , and thus the farmers of agricultural land expected ; Finally, the concluding part of this article , pointed out that the return of the farmers' right to land ownership will be the development direction of the agricultural land property rights system .
