Abstract


With the rapid development of computer networks and communication technologies , the Internet is rapidly growing popularity around the world , humans started to enter the era of an Internet an integral part of the social life . The tentacles of the Internet is growing at a fast speed to all levels of society , extending various fields affected by the increasing prevalence of new things has always been sensitive to institutions of higher learning . The rise and development of the Internet culture , on the one hand, is accelerating change university student 's way of thinking, learning , behavior and values ??, on the other hand , serious impact to the ways and means of the traditional college campus culture and students ' ideological education and challenges. Susceptible group of young college students as a new thing , is the main and vital force used by the network , the child population as the main body of the current college students , and its special characteristics of the times , the network culture of their ideological and political ideas , values ??, moral judgment awareness of the law , the way of thinking , cultural attitudes , behavior patterns , personality psychology more and more extensive and profound impact .
