Abstract


Employment is a vital bearing on the people’s livelihood, and the problem about employment is very important to the national economy and the people’s livelihood. The goal of higher vocational colleges is to cultivate the practical talents who meet the needs of the society. The process that students go from the institutions of higher learning to the social position means employment. How to accomplish this process better? The key is to do employment guidance work well. It is vital important to strengthen the ideological and political education and give full play to the function of the ideological and political education for good employment guidance.Employment guidance is not short work but a job through the process of training higher vocational college students, in which ideological and political education must be strengthen. The ideological and political education has effects on improving the college students employment ideas and increasing the professorship students employment opportunities. But in real work of the institutions of higher employment guidance, as the result of the deletion of the function of the ideological and political education, there are a variety of problems in the process of ideological and political education. In response to these problems this article analyzed them and suggested some resolve ideas and methods.The text is made up of the following five sections:The first part was introduction, mainly introduces the topic ideas, research value and research review. The second part told the function of the ideological and political education. Which respects dose the ideological and political education function mainly show on in the process of career guidance? This article summarized them and pointed out that the ideological and political education has the function of guidance, cohesion, adjustment, excitation, conversion and education. The third part was about the deletion of the ideological and political function. The main problems and causes existing in the higher vocational colleges employment guidance institutions were analyzed. The fourth part introduced the optimization path of the ideological and political education function in the professorship schools career guidance institution. By strengthening the ideal and conviction education, the career planning and the establishment of career guidance team to optimize the direction function. By constructing goals, setting an example and strengthening practice the excitation function was optimized. Regulatory function is optimized through the strengthening of the mental health education, interpersonal training and the education of employment situation and policies. The education function was optimized by expansion carrier from the class to the extracurricular and to-network from the internet, innovation mechanisms, establishment of a total guidance, direction and press guidance mechanisms.
