Abstract


The difficulties faced by the private higher vocational education background, Hunan Province, private higher vocational education teachers team construction as the research object, in order to seek solutions to this problem as the goal, through questionnaires, interviews and case studies on different regions of Hunan Province The good representative survey of five private higher vocational college, to fully understand the status of the teaching staff, the use of historical analysis and comparative study, combined with the theory of human resource management, the teacher professionalization of theory and incentive theory, from a historical explore the causes of the problem and a practical point of view, to identify the problems and prescribe the right medicine for the problem, and propose appropriate countermeasures. Vocational education in China, in particular, the extraordinary development of private higher vocational education, special private higher vocational education system, as well as Hunan rapid socio-economic development of a particular environment caused by the insufficient number of private higher vocational education teachers in Hunan Province, poor stability, structural imbalances, imbalance, the quality is not high, good and bad, and other defects. Mining the internal and external influencing factors affecting the construction of private higher vocational college teachers deviation for evaluation-oriented, low social recognition, private universities school conditions, school motives, the incentive system is unscientific and other internal and external influencing factors analysis build the factors affecting the interaction model of the private higher vocational college teachers. The paper pointed out that to solve the above problems, the government's macro-level and micro-level institutions should be two-pronged approach to develop countermeasures. From a macro, the Government should increase policy support and financial support for the construction of private vocational teachers, as an administrator close institutions and business linkages, vocational teacher training base for the Private Vocational School school training and delivery of high quality teachers. From the micro private vocational colleges should be optimized school conditions, the correct school motivation, improve the incentive system impact assessment guide, gaining the upper hand social recognition, investors should update the concept of investment, foster investment in teachers is the most important investment \concept, increase the intensity of the introduction and training to optimize the structure of teachers, improve the quality of teachers, in particular to strengthen specialized teachers \benefits, to stabilize the faculty to create a harmonious working atmosphere to stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers 'work, and enhance team cohesion and teachers' sense of belonging to the institution. All of these are the need to strengthen private higher vocational education teachers team construction. Only the quality of the construction of a good, reasonable structure, and part of distinctive characteristics, relatively stable teaching staff, in order to effectively promote the smooth development of private higher vocational education.
