Abstract


Practicing teaching runs through entire cultivation course of talents with high technical ability as the most important component in professional teaching of higher vocational college. This is the critical point that improves quality of talents cultivation and realizes the target of higher vocational education. Practicing teaching is different from theoretical teaching, and conventional classroom as the main place where teachers impart knowledge have not satisfied practicing teaching’s need, so higher vocational college need to find and establish a new one for practicing teaching. Training base emerges based on practicing teaching’s need of higher vocational education. Training base contains off-campus training base and campus training base. Talents cultivation mode of campus productive training base is innovation of higher vocational education with China characteristics, which is the effective way of improve the quality of talents’cultivation and competence of employment; which is the key field and critical point.The paper applies many kinds of research methods comprehensively in the course of study, for example, document retrieval, theoretical analysis, and case example, preceding from multidisciplinary view, by analyzing corresponding document with higher vocational college in domestic and overseas, the paper summarizes campus definition, function and theoretical foundation. And this paper put forward technique training mode of‘unification of teaching, learning and practicing’applying for campus productive training base. Furthermore, this paper put forward the strategies of construction of campus productive training base, which contains the strategies of training facilities and training curriculum development and designation and training teaching staff construction in collegiate productive practical training base. The three aspects are critical points of collegiate productive training base and directly related to the success or failure of the construction of collegiate productive training base.
