Abstract


In recent years, with the continuous expansion of higher education, universities and community organizations continue to upgrade the overall qualifications of the rising demand for university teachers in academic areas produced a certain pressure, and the pressure exerted by teachers produce educated to some extent inspired school teacher motivation and learning behavior. Therefore, I hope to have the qualifications of teachers stress case studies, research university teachers in academic motivation under pressure to explain the behavior of teachers to participate in academic learning some of the ideas behind, and proposed for teachers or education administrators refer to some of the recommendations. Pressure and motivation for academic research, the main significance in the following three aspects: ① From the teachers' personal development, the study of non-compliance of qualification for university teachers to study environmental way of thinking, in a particular historical period, is conducive to understand their professional status and to further explore the ability of teachers on their own initiative put forward higher requirements. ② from the relevant theory, this research is conducive to a practical level on stress management, adult learning motivation, achievement motivation theory of motivation and stress management theory to contribute. ③ from the university in terms of personnel management, this study can provide a reference university personnel management, in order to facilitate vocational college teachers enhance the adaptability. Research mainly includes three aspects, ① university teacher qualifications pressure exists because, in this study, questionnaire and interview survey, based on research and academic pressure generation impact. ② teacher behavior changes. Major research university teachers in the learning process is complete before thinking and behavioral changes. ③ management recommendations, mainly for university teachers, academic pressures reason for the existence and access to education arising from the process of change in behavior and thinking, put forward some proposals on human resource management. This study discusses launched from three directions, namely theory and practice, macro and micro, organizations and individuals. Research methods used in the literature, interviews and questionnaires to draw relevant conclusions. Through the survey found that college teachers to participate in academic learning is an active behavior, their motivation sexual orientation has a certain order. Through the survey analysis found that those surveyed academic background, title structure, age structure of their academic motivation orientations pressure, career orientation, competition orientation and development orientation has a significant impact. According to the different stages of teacher qualifications and motivation pressure difference comparing findings: low education and low-grade teachers feel the pressure more obvious qualifications, and young teachers perceived stress polarization. Accordingly, the conclusions on the young teachers in time management, goal management, and management aspects of the vision put forward relevant suggestions for improvement, and the attitude of school administrators in the organization, organizational support, cultural management, career management and rigid management proposed the corresponding management recommendations.
