Abstract


The credit system as a state-of-the-art teaching management system , reflects the people-oriented philosophy of education , focusing on individualized and students in the development of personality , they have been around the world many colleges and universities accepted and welcomed by teachers and students . China is one of the countries of the world earlier implementation of the credit system , the development of credit system in our country is the ups and downs . China 's Higher credit system is mostly used in the Credit System mode , not the full sense of the credit system , which is inextricably linked with China's national conditions , closely related . The implementation of the credit system is a complex systems engineering, is bound to be the socio-economic development , national policies and College Management System constraints related to all aspects of social and universities . In this study, survey questionnaires and interviews from the analysis of China's colleges and universities exist in the implementation of the credit system process problems, we explore the major constraints hinder the smooth implementation of University Credit System and the corresponding countermeasures . This thesis is divided into four chapters , the first chapter of historical analysis and literature analysis related concepts from the emergence and development of the credit system , credit system , the contents of the credit system and the characteristics of a comprehensive discussion of the theoretical basis of the Credit System ; Chapter II comparative approach on foreign credit system in higher educational institutions to explore and compare to the revelation of reference for the implementation and improvement of the university Credit System ; Chapter from the history of the development and implementation of the credit system in China the status quo of the major constraints currently impeding the smooth implementation of University Credit System ; Chapter Chapter constraints analysis and research , specific measures of the smooth implementation of the credit system .
