Abstract

The clone picked and liquids extraction robot developed countries 863 , the paper describes the premise of bioengineering robot position at home and abroad , combined clones were picked and trace liquid extract of the status quo , the clones were picked and trace liquid extraction, the overall design of the robot control system . The premise for the overall program of the robot clones were picked and liquids extraction , in the establishment of the model of the motion control system , and control system analysis , secondary control scheme uses a computer and motion controller . The modular control system hardware design , improve system reliability , ease of upgrade and expansion of the system . Combination of hardware , completed the design of the control system software . Designed on the Windows platform based on the combination of digital image processing theory , the clone image recognition software modules as well as motion control software modules , and through the whole trial , testing the function of the control system hardware and software .
