Abstract


Using the information technique in the field of cost of civil engineering works can trace back to till 20th 70’ s in the our country, the mathematician HuaLuoGeng of the our country toke the study of using computer to design the construction budget at that time. Subsequence, Some native major building firms also all tried to use the computer to design the software of engineering budget and budgetary estimate, and procured the definite fruit. But the construction project quotas of national every locality have more differences, the construction specifications also differ, labour costs and the material expenses of the every locality also differs. In general it is difficult to design the software of engineering budget and budgetary estimate applicable to whole country . Therefor, according to my firm practical instance and the construction project quotas using by SiChuan province, this subject develops the suit of software of engineering budget adapted to my firm.This system present is the database system of a one machine edition, adopting the Microsoft ’ s .Net Framework development technique, can be run under current every kind of Windows operate system . This system totally conforms related specifications and criterions in the fields of building engineering . We can edit , print and save engineering budget and budgetary estimate , and maintain various construction project quota by this system.The thesis includes six parts: The preface part mainly describes related background, purpose, and meaning of the research and development of the project; The first chapter analyses basic theory for engineering budget and budgetary estimate; The second chapter discusses the basic theories of the database which used to develop information system; The third chapter describes the way of thinking of design for the software , basic structure, development environment and the some key technique involved; The fourth chapter introduces the basic module of software ; In conclusion, the thesis mainly looks into the future of the system and analyzes the further work
