Abstract


Office automation (office automation that OA) (hereinafter referred to as the OA project) is rising in the early 1980s a door information processing system. OA project is one of the key national informatization construction, also will be the informationization of the high speed development path. With the constantly issued regulations and policies of the state, OA project will be more and more important role. Now, many OA products are for many enterprises and institutions to improve work efficiency changes of industrial structure, etc.Universities are the application of information technology projects OA is high risk project at home and abroad in OA project risk management in the field of project this lack of OA system of theoretical research, a lack of maturity model can guide practice. Referring to the successful experience in related fields, suitable for our university culture of OA project risk management mode become key.This paper based on the research of universities in China now OA construction projects from the analysis, macro background OA project risk management research about the necessity and CaiYuan from jinan OA project risk management of the practical problems appeared in the construction of colleges and universities, and OA project risk management major advantages and disadvantages, to explore the OA project risk management in colleges and universities and the reason of excavation and hope college OA project risk management construction, and puts forward some countermeasures for college, through the construction of OA project risk management for some feasibility and can use risk management experience and theory.
