Abstract


University teachers assume an important mission and to play an important role in the ideological and political education of university. University teachers’level of ideological and political ideological and political education of college students are greatly influenced. However, the current ideological and political education of university teachers concerns and theoretical research less. In practical work, the ideological and political education of university teachers are simply mechanical to accept the existing ideological and political education in the surface of demand, resulting in the ideological and political education of university teachers, saying the ideological and political work hard to meet the requirements and the practical needs of teachers. Faced with this reality, in the ideological and political education of teachers colleges and universities, only the full respect for the teachers, subjectivity, and effectively play the main body of teachers, to establish education and the educated " mutual subjectivity " concept, in order to break the current university ideological and political education of the predicament of teachers so as to enhance ideological and political education of university teachers’targeted and effective.
