Abstract


Automotive companies in the prevalence of information management today , the face of fierce market competition , more and more attention to after-sales service of the enterprises themselves , many funded automobile manufacturing companies have established their own after-sales service management system . However, for the majority of our small and medium-sized automobile manufacturing companies , they do not have the strength to build their own system , therefore , the service management system based on the third - party platform very suitable for China 's national conditions , third-party platform to the after-sales service chain subjects interact in a more smooth . Firstly, the automotive industry, the after-sales service management , analysis and research management in general and the status quo of China's automobile industry, after-sales service , after-sales service chain , and after-sale service chain in the main collaborative relationship , summarizes proposed the main content of the main after-sales service after-sales service chain management .
