Abstract


With the development of information technology , network technology , intellectual capital is gradually replaced physical capital become key organizations win in the competition . Explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge organizations need to integrate knowledge management members , the organization's internal knowledge and external knowledge . Knowledge map is an effective knowledge management tools , through the visual navigation of organizational knowledge and knowledge , it can also be by dividing the level of knowledge categories show the distribution of the resources of the organization 's knowledge , reveal the association between knowledge or knowledge association between people , knowledge sharing , use, innovation, so as to enhance organizational competitiveness . This thesis is based on technology research and development of knowledge map and detailed comparative analysis and evaluation of the status quo through the construction method of the existing domestic and international knowledge map reveals the connotation of knowledge map characteristics . For existing problems and shortcomings in the work of universities and other knowledge-intensive organizations , the introduction of the necessity and significance of knowledge management in the field of scientific research , using the expert opinions method , case studies , field surveys and other research methods of the theory of knowledge map depth study and understanding . Combined with the actual situation of Kunming University to carry out research work in the field , complete knowledge classification , and understand the needs of the various positions of knowledge , the establishment of a database , linking theory with practice the knowledge map technology into university teaching and research management through access to integrated organizations existing knowledge resources , draw a map of job knowledge , to show the current state of knowledge and the distribution of tacit Knowledge , to make more rational and effective management of organizational leadership . In this paper, the empirical analysis based on two map drawing method can show the knowledge level of knowledge , as a follow-up study reference .
