Abstract


In recent years, with China’s education system reform and deepening, the enrollment scale unceasingly expands, the college graduates’ employment problems are becoming more and more outstanding. Especially for the impoverished undergraduates, their situation is more serious because of the social environment and personal diathesis, economic conditions and other factors. Currently, impoverished undergraduates Competitive strength in the job market is not enough, the overall employment situation is not satisfactory, a considerable number of poor students lag time employment contract exists and low quality, and the low overall employment rate and other issues. Some impoverished undergraduates could not find job, itself facing great difficulties in life, become a hidden danger for social harmony and stability. Employment of impoverished undergraduates has become the employment of college graduates in the work of difficult problems, it has caused attention of every field in our society. The problem of employment for impoverished undergraduates influence not only the students and their families, but also influence the development of a harmonious campus and the stability of our society. Meanwhile, the study of the impoverished undergraduates’ employment has become a new topic among the university employment works in a new period.This thesis analyzed the employment situation and potential problems of the impoverished undergraduates in our country based on relevant questionnaires, and it pertinently proposed the effective thoughts and approaches to solve those problems.The article is mainly divided into four parts:The first part:Try to give a scientific limitation about the certification criterion of impoverished undergraduates in the reference number of scholars’ research results, and clearly summarizes the source and the scale of impoverishedThe second part:Main to conduct statistical surveys and comparative analysis for the questionnaires of impoverished undergraduates’ employment situation.The main point is to elaborate the differences on employment mentalities, employment approaches and. employment intentions between impoverished undergraduates and non-poor undergraduates.The third part:Combining my work experience, on the basis of investigation and research, making a detailed analysis and description about the influential factors of impoverished undergraduates employment,interpretation the reasons for employment difficulties of impoverished undergraduates.The fourth part:Given the problems appeared in the employment of impoverished undergraduates, there are some solutions----the joint efforts from the government, the society, the college, their families and themselves should be made; a comprehensive and multi-level employment assistance system should be built; and the employment approaches should be expanded to help the impoverished undergraduates out and achieve full-employment.
