Abstract


In the context of the increasingly fierce market competition and higher education continues to popularity, along with the constant expansion of the re-positioning of the market for \However, speaking from the perspective of sustainable development, strengthen employment guidance, students will become an important way and direction of the work of Graduates Employment. However, the current academic more attention and research on the employment of university students, career guidance college students study less, not deep enough, and the research has focused on the issue of employment of university students and college students career guidance decades since 1999, we can say The research started late, still in its infancy. In this paper, the use of the concept of scientific development to explore the work of the Student Career Guidance connotation education system based on the reality constructed Student Career Guidance, in-depth exploration of the theoretical value and practical significance of the College Students' Employment Guidance.
