Objective: three for elderly patients with fresh displaced femoral neck fracture method of clinical observation , to explore the best methods of treatment , to improve the quality of life and survival of such patients . Hospitalized patients into three groups as follows statistical analysis : duration of hospitalization , anesthesia time , surgery time , amount of bleeding , cited the practice time traffic feature statistical analysis of the situation of such tube -operative ; statistical analysis of three groups of long-term complications ; three groups ipsilateral hip Harris score excellent rate for statistical analysis results : the average length of stay of three groups and Shimoji functional practice time , carried two between the two groups of comparison between group B and group C, no remarkable significance (t test , P gt ; 0.05) A group and B group , C group significant difference (t test , P <0.05 ) . Postoperative joint function excellent rate of total hip arthroplasty group was significantly better than the artificial femoral head
