Abstract


The building of a harmonious society requires new curriculum oriented to the growth of the health of all students , and the overall promotion of quality education . Class grass-roots organization of school education , class construction , operation status , class atmosphere directly affect the comprehensive , healthy and harmonious development of class education function of the play and the student body and mind . I start from the concept of harmony , combined with the requirements of the new curriculum , analyze the current situation of the of Jiangyan city high school class construction , revealed the problems to be solved in the classroom building , summed up the current discord class construction lag exists the concept of teacher education teacher theoretical background class interpersonal discord the evaluation unscientific , and lack of class construction systemic five factors of disharmony . Harmonious development of the harmonious development of the individual class is an indivisible unity of the whole class construction only take the road of \harmonious development . Harmony class is a harmonious interpersonal relations class , is a harmonious family , is a harmonious whole system , the harmony classes should have public opinion harmony , harmonious management , interpersonal harmony , security and harmony , harmonious mood characteristics, building a harmonious class as the majority of educators should be diligently pursued . Through practice research in order to improve the class status quo , building a harmonious class , I put forward the harmonious class environment for the healthy growth of the students in the three principles on the basis of principles of equality love students , comprehensive incentive system cooperation , and harmonious classroom building of five ways : update the concept of teacher education , improve the teacher 's ability to communicate , and improve the educational environment of the classroom , and building a harmonious class interpersonal relationships .
