Background and Purpose : Brain asymmetry is one of the biological characteristics of the body , mainly in the two hemispheres of the brain around the heterogeneity of the anatomical structure , neurotransmitter secretion and function . The study shows that the role as a bridge in neuroendocrine loop (especially the hypothalamic - pituitary - adrenal axis , the HPA axis ) and the sympathetic nervous system , the brain asymmetry can participate in heterogeneous regulation of immune function , affect the production of cytokines , such as BALB / c mice brain around the cortex and hippocampus in cytokine levels there are differences . Cytokines shared medium for mutual communication between the nervous, endocrine , immune system and its role in the timing of the space by the strict regulation of the inhibitory molecule . Which cytokine signal transduction inhibition factor ( Suppressor of Cytokine Signaling SOCS) family of molecules is important in intracellular cytokine signal transduction negative feedback regulation restricting cells by inhibiting the JAK / STAT signaling pathway cytokines such as IL-1β, IL-6 and other functions . In addition, the cytokine network also exist a number of inhibitory cytokines , such as TGF -beta , together to maintain a high degree of coordination of the network . In recent years , the cytokines its inhibitory regulatory molecules neuroendocrine immune network \As the production of cytokines and brain lateralization was obvious , and heterogeneity in the regulation of immune activity play an important role in brain asymmetry Therefore , this paper aims on the basis of the preliminary studies , the following work : 1 . Explore the brain does not symmetrical mouse brain tissue subcortical structures - one hypothalamic IL-1β, IL-6 distribution to understand the impact of the relationship between immune function and brain lateralization ; 2 . understand the brain asymmetry mice about side cortex , the left and right side of the hippocampus and hypothalamus SOCS -3 , of TGF-β1 expression levels and major organizational positioning; 3 . explore the mouse left and right side of the cortex, the left and right side of the hippocampus and hypothalamus , IL-1β, IL-6 and SOCS- brain asymmetry 3, TGF-β1 expression correlation and brain asymmetry . Materials and Methods: 100 healthy female BALB / c mice , the use of the the extensor claw feeding method Press the right Lee points ( the number of 50 times Shinya right paw paw ) to each mouse ratings mice difference for left-handers 3 groups of mice , right-handed mouse , and double- Lee rat . 0 ~
