Abstract


Objective To investigate the CD4 ~ CD25 ~ regulatory T cells role in the pathogenesis of severe hepatitis B patients using flow cytometry severe hepatitis B patients and the control group in peripheral blood CD4 CD25 regulatory cells ( CD4 CD25 ~ Regulatory T cells , CD4 CD25 ~ Tr ) level and by PCR determination of of heavy hepatitis B patients and HBV DNA titer in the blood of the control group ( patients with severe hepatitis B 30 cases, 20 cases of chronic hepatitis B , asymptomatic hepatitis B virus carriers 20 cases, the healthy control group of 10 cases ) 1 . severe hepatitis B group the percentage of regulatory T cells in peripheral blood CD4 ~ CD25 ~ 2.63 ± 0.83 % , slower hepatitis B group 4.15 ± 1.17 % were significantly different ( P lt ; 0.05 ) , compared with asymptomatic hepatitis B virus carriers group and the healthy control group were significantly different ( P LT ; 0.01 ) ; percentage of CD4 ~ CD25 ~ regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of chronic hepatitis B with asymptomatic hepatitis B virus carriers and the healthy control group , compared with a significant difference ( P lt ; 0.05 ) ; asymptomatic hepatitis B carriers group adjust the percentage of CD4 ~ CD25 ~ T cells in peripheral blood was 8.32 ± 2.72 % , There was no significant difference compared with the healthy control group ( 8.1.0 ± 2.65 % ) ( P gt ; 0.05 ) Severe hepatitis B in peripheral blood HBV DNA titer to 1.2 × 10 4 copies / ml , slower hepatitis B ( 2.3 × 10 6 copies / ml ) and asymptomatic hepatitis B virus carriers ( 7.8 ×
