Abstract


Objective: To explore the varicocele degree of varicocele , semen parameters and varicose spermatic cord blood and peripheral blood of anti- sperm antibodies ( antisperm is the the antibody , AsAb ) the correlation between . Methods: 37 cases of varicocele ligation surgery in patients with varicocele . Preoperative examination of patients with varicocele degree of Class II varicose 26 cases , grade III varicose 11 cases ; preoperative routine examination of semen . Surgery to extract the peripheral blood and varicose spermatic vein blood by ELISA assay in peripheral blood and varicose spermatic vein blood of AsAb in . Results: 1. Varicocele patients with Class III semen parameters , sperm density (10.919 × 10 ~ 6/ml ± 3.157 × 10 ~ 6/ml) , sperm motility ( 15.324% 3.299% ) , sperm deformity rate ( 25.658% 8.220% ) , with varicocele patients with class II sperm density (28.555 × 10 ~ 6/ml ± 4.710 × 10 ~ 6/ml) , sperm motility ( 26.408% 2.951% ) , sperm deformity rate ( 11.212% 2.210% ) there is a significant difference (P <0.05) . Varicocele grade III patients sperm motility ( 19.120% 4.750% ) varicocele patients with Class II sperm motility ( 36.700% 3.158% ) , the difference was significant ( P < 0.01 ) . 2 the varicocele patients AsAb positive group semen parameters sperm motility ( 19.020% 3.353% ) , sperm motility ( 14.212% 2.703% ) compared AsAb the negative group sperm motility ( 37.452% 3.803% ) , sperm motility ( 27.385% 3.010% ) , the difference is very significant ( P < 0.01 ) ; sperm density AsAb positive group (11.818 × 10 ~ 6/ml ± 3.190 × 10 ~ 6/ml) compared AsAb the sperm density in the negative group ( 28.832 × 10 ~ 6/ml ± 4.810 × 10 ~ 6/ml) , the difference was
