Abstract


Teacher-student communication in school education is of great significance , harmonious teacher-student communication and be able to generate a positive role in promoting the teaching and far-reaching impact , but most of the teachers have not paid enough attention to the lack of communication skills , teacher-student relationship is not harmonious phenomena have occurred. The papers in reference to the research results based on the use of questionnaires and interviews in two forms, the issue of teacher-student communication . The first chapter to distinguish and define the concept ; Chapters II and III on the results of the questionnaires and interviews , collation and analysis of data , describe the status of the teacher-student communication ; Chapter communication problems for teachers and students the root cause analysis ; Finally, the paper the corresponding recommendations to solve the problem of teacher-student communication . The results show that : the issue of teacher-student communication is not only objective existence , and the factors affecting communication between teachers and students is also very complex , in addition to the teachers and students , schools, parents and the community also affects the communication between teachers and students . On the settlement of the recommendations of the communication problems between teachers and students , mainly from the two levels of teachers and school administrators to proceed . Individual teachers should change the concept of teachers and students , active learning communication theory , with excellent communication skills , improve their communication skills ; school management level , should reform the evaluation system , improved curricula , improve classroom management and strengthen teacher training . Through this study , in order to be able to cause further attention to the problem of schools and teachers for teachers and students to communicate , and to provide guidelines for the establishment of a harmonious relationship between teachers and students , and ultimately the health of both teaching and learning and students' all-round development .
