To meet the reform of the basic education and development, school-based training for building a faculty with modern educational concepts, higher levels of ethics, literacy and education, teaching and research capacity, to promote teachers’professional development and self-improvement should be significant,so in-depth study of school-based training, from theory to clarify such issues as the theoretical position, strengths, to exploit the advantages of the requirements, training content, training objectives, training methods, teachers requirements, training focused on is necessary, particularly we need for a large number of case studies, to enrich people’s diversity, richness and vitality of understanding the school-based training, to help the schools to implement it more conscious.This study uses case study, approach to K school, describing the evolution process of its school--based teacher training, analyzing its situation, identifying its problems, revealing the reasons and putting forward some solutions to help k school to solve its own problems, improve its quality and effectiveness.Through research, the author found because of the lack of direction of scientific theory and management, lack of curiosity, with little sense of innovation in practice, training funding issues and so on, K school-based training exists five problems. For example, self-sense of participation is not strong; training can not meet the needs of the professional development of teachers and so on. These problems prevent the training from functioning effectively.To further promote the K school-based training, the author suggests five management strategies. For example, strengthen the concept of teacher-based development and create a positive atmosphere; strengthen the research in training needs of teachers; based on teacher professional development and growth, carefully select and arrange training; to create an enabling the school-based training support system and so on.The case can be used to enrich the case study on school-based training and provides the similar school with useful reference and general theory for their research work.
