Applications to attract domestic and foreign research based on this study focused on the basic education curriculum reform background of classroom teaching situation, Bloom mastered learning theory and collaborative learning theory, the focus of information technology (interactive feedback technology) classroom teaching environment and the changes brought about this specific research foothold. Through literature and papers related to the research, a review reveals the importance of student-centered classroom assessment, the importance of technology to support classroom teaching and improve classroom effectiveness proposed interactive feedback techniques to help teachers, classroom assessments to improve classroom teaching the effectiveness of countermeasures advocated to deal with the problem of classroom teaching, as the basic framework of the study. An Empirical Study of interactive feedback system consisting of the new environment of the classroom teaching, mainly action research method, supplemented by questionnaires, interviews, classroom observation, case, data and information collected in the course of this particular study, reflect classroom teaching in the new environment, a number of changes in the analysis of the effectiveness of its effect, in order to provide a reference for the research and development of current and future information technology teaching. The thesis is divided into Introduction interpretation, empirical research, study and sum of three parts: (a) Introduction interpretation: to answer the research background, the main theory of the subject source research purpose, meaning and content of domestic and international literature review, research questions and research foundation. (B) An Empirical Study: This section is a practice test the hypothesis, first is the initial assessment of the ability to fully grasp students, help teachers better understand students to implement teaching; followed by evaluation of the process of teaching, research interactive feedback technology into classroom instruction and how to help teachers to complete the task of teaching; purpose of this study is that in order to improve the effectiveness of learning and teaching effectiveness of teachers, so the third part of the assessment of student learning outcomes, to proceed from the five dimensions; final part teachers' assessment of the effectiveness of teaching and learning, in teaching, research, study, teaching, and explore new modes of teaching effectiveness in solving teaching problems. (C) Summary: With interactive feedback technical means to build based on the assessment of mastery learning classroom teaching mode in the first-line classroom activities, research, summarize this technology for classroom instruction four elements (students, teachers, teaching media and teaching content) impact, analyze problems and propose solutions to countermeasures exist in a quasi-experimental study.
