Abstract


In today’s education undertakings to pay more attention to the situation, psychological health problems of teachers and the attention of people, job burnout is today’s work and life more and more pressure situation, the most of the teachers’ psychological problems. Teachers’ occupational tiredness affect not only teachers’ health and affect the healthy growth of the students. This research in the previous studies on job burnout, based on the questionnaire law of middle school teachers 409 has carried on the questionnaire survey. Discussed the basic situation of job burnout, job burnout and harmonious interpersonal trust, and the relationship between self control and harmonious interpersonal trust, self, self control on job burnout, the forecast results are as follows:1.The current middle school teacher shows some degree of burnout. But, on the whole, job burnout degree is not very serious, including relative high degree of emotional exhaustion.2.Gender, school age, marital status, worked as demographic variables affect middle school teachers’ occupational tiredness is the important factor, job burnout scores in the middle school teacher, have no significant gender differences, but male teacher burnout than female teachers. Male and female teachers in emotional exhaustion and personalized dimensions, although no explicit difference, but from the data analysis found that male teachers’ emotional exhaustion and individuation degree is higher than female teachers.3.The teachers in different age, there are significant differences on job burnout, the older the high degree of burnout.4.Different teachers in teaching experience, there are significant differences on job burnout. The high degree of burnout worked.5. Married teachers job burnout significantly higher than unmarried teachers.6.different titles of teacher burnout significant differences, title, the higher the level of higher burnout, title and not influence factors of occupational tiredness, but worked and age.7.Junior high school teachers and the teachers’ occupational tiredness and no significant differences, where no significant effect of teachers and job burnout.8.Control and harmonious interpersonal trust, self and harmonious interpersonal trust, but significantly related to self harmonious path of regression coefficients not significant, interpersonal trust through self harmonious and self control to influence occupational tiredness.
