Abstract


Since the 1990s , the world regard the students' self-learning ability as an important educational goal. In China, the basic education curriculum reform also made it clear to guide students to independent learning, cooperative learning, inquiry-based learning as a change in the way students learn important task. Learning difficulties of students in high school physics learning process recurring problems . Students with learning difficulties caused mainly due to the low level of learning motivation , learning the low level of self-efficacy , such as low levels of self-monitoring . In this paper, self-learning and learning difficulties related theory as a guide , through theoretical studies , surveys , experimental research methods, high school physics learning difficulties learning ability of students conducted in-depth exploration , through teaching guide that can effectively enhance high school physics learning difficulties in students' self- learning ability . According to its characteristics put forward the corresponding teaching strategies , such as: classroom teaching as the most important way to improve self-efficacy from the start, in order to improve the level of volitional control , focusing on cognitive strategies penetration study, using self- study guide in the form of the case study , etc. . Experimental results show that through targeted teaching guide that allows high school physics students with learning difficulties significantly enhanced self-learning ability , there is a certain increase physical performance .
