Abstract


Private education is the inevitable product of the reform of the education system in China is an important part of the educational cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics . Private school teachers as the main body of the private school , played a pivotal role in the development of private education process . However , in the current policy environment , the interests of the private school teachers do not get adequate safeguards. Inequality, private school teachers and the status of the public school teachers of private school teachers salary system to be improved , an inadequate social security mechanism for private school teachers , the training of school teachers in private education situation is not optimistic . The lack of interest in the problem of this series , affecting the stability of the private school teachers , affect the healthy long-term development of private education . In this study, Changsha City , Hunan Province , the private school teachers , for example , to analyze the reasons for the lack of the Protection of the Rights and Interests of private school teachers , and proposed countermeasures for the Protection of the Rights and Interests of private school teachers . This thesis is composed of five parts : The first part of the introduction, mainly through literature analysis , study the origin and significance of the study and the purpose of the study of the basic ideas and the main method . The fourth part of the deviation from the concept , the lack of policy and institutional unsound , causing private school teachers can not get a normal , legitimate rights and interests of the reasons discussed . Part V for the guarantee of the rights of private school teachers imperfect proposed to improve the status and role of the private teachers , to establish the same social security system and public school teachers , a Teacher's rights by law enforcement agencies , to improve the management mechanism , the government set up a special fund , to ensure that the wages of the private school teachers , government grants further training costs , improve the quality of teachers five specific countermeasures .
