Abstract


The world of modern distance education have given unprecedented attention to the modern distance education in China is booming , the reason why people are interested in distance education , it is suitable for the needs of learners choose its means , its teaching model to meet the learners need for lifelong learning . However , in the reality of distance education in the implementation process , the the learners encountered many difficulties and problems , including motivation , mental status , educational resources , conditions , and effective way to learn , not colleges , teachers and students in a timely manner to help few channels to seek help , and most of the teachers is the lack of empirical applications have more mature communication technologies to help learners . Therefore , to provide , as well as suitable for distance learners learn how to provide counseling services is a key factor related to the success of distance learning . Is very worthy of consideration and research issues . While learning counseling more research , but is very limited information available for reference in the field of distance education learning counseling .
