Abstract


CDMA technology is a set of completely new communication system. It has been widely applied from the very early beginning. Since the entrance of the commercial field from the year 1995, CDMA has become another spark of the development history of the mobile communications. It has large amount of disadvantages such as the great capacity, the little radiation, the excellent communication quality and the advantage to the environment. The essay is a conclusion of the second project of the China Unicom Harbin, based on the author’s participation and design in person.The essay introduces the technology theory, the net framework and the constitution of the system of the CDMA. At the same time, the essay put forward a novel method to optimize the net frame work, that is applying the concept of the mobile agent to the communication system of the CDMA network. According to the management and development stratagems of the China Unicom Harbin as well as the criterion of the CDMA system’s design, the author designs and in the end realizes the second CDMA project of the China Unicom, Harbin which is based on the first project. The designed second CDMA project improves a lot of problems in mobile communications, such as the net framework, the net overcast and the net quality. Meanwhile, the design solves the difficulty of the interface of the complete net’s update of the second CDMA project to the CDMA 1 X system. The update can build a basic net platform for the mobile data operation. The essay carefully deals with the project on the design and arrangement. It also seriously analyzes the problems coming out during the process of the project, and then comes up with some practically measurements. All the work above brings on the successful accomplishment of the project. At present, the second CDMA project of the China Unicom Harbin has come into operation, taking quite a great important effect in the CDMA net work.
