Abstract


With the development of information technology, the way of education has changed a lot and network education is used widely. Online Course has been rapidly spread. Because of the characteristics of independence, openness, interaction, and sharing etc, it can also provide learners with a rich multimedia resources , convenient communication and variety of evaluation methods. The "Students Career Development and Employment Guidance" teaching course has its initial development, but it still focuses on the traditional classroom teaching. Its teaching resource is far from meeting the needs of students’requirements, combined with single forms, weak interaction, low enthusiasm. Therefore it is necessary to design and develop the "Students Career Development and Employment Guidance" web courses to adapt to the characteristics of its courses and improve learning outcomes so that it can comply with the development trend of the information age.Guided by teaching and learning theory, this paper mainly focuses on the design of teaching content, teaching activities and teaching evaluation on the basis of analyzing the "Students Career Development and Employment Guidance" course features. Furthermore, basis on the system design, it constructs the basic structure of the "Students Career Development and Employment Guidance" web courses and designs and develops some functional blocks such as course content, learning activities, communication space, resource library, personal space and so on. Finally, on the design and development of the "Students Career Development and Employment Guidance" online course trial to test effectiveness, the online course achieves its objectives basically and makes up for the deficiency of the "Students Career Development and Employment Guidance" traditional teaching.
