Abstract


Geographic Information System(GIS) reflect the currently and historical geo-space we live on with spatial and attribute data in digitized format. GIS supports the store, display, input and output of spatial and attribute data .GIS also supports spatial data query, synthesized analysis and auxiliary decision-making. Along with the widespread application of information technology .spatial information gained more and more attention through out the world as the basic spatial location support of all the other informations. The various social domains demand more and more spatial information. Specially in 1998 when the concept "digital Earth" was proposed, it gave very big impetus to the development of space information technology. Spatial data share platform developed greatly as the basic supporting technology.Now people have already launched the research with spatial data share platform extensively , and formed many kinds of data interchange methods. These methods including file-based data format exchange , Spatial Database Engine based Spatial Data Warehouse storage and GML(by OGG) data exchange method. With the development of the provincial territory resource remote sensing investigation of our country ,we produced mass of spatial information .So we need to setup spatial data share platform to carry on the consolidated storage and management to space information of various fields of territory resource and attribute information.This thesis is focusing on key technology in spatial data share platform. Some important factors in spatial information manage , such as spatial database spatial information visualization spatial information processing Object Oriented data model-GEODATABASE , and WEBGIS service. The main point is the design of spatial database and how to extend thefunction of ORMDB with Spatial Data Engine technic and realize spatial data storage and multi-user support. This paper analyses in detail the key concept version manage that realized multi-user data access and long transaction.From the four aspect of data management , data modeling storage access and protect , this thesis provides the design and realization of a Provincial spatial data share platform- Territory Resource Information Management System of Shandong Provinc. The realization of this system provides a solution for data management and distribution in Intranet/Internet environment
