Abstract


Moulds-quotation is comprehensive reflection of technology, economy, efficiency and management of manufacturers of moulds, at the same time, it is an important economic terms that determining whether could make a deal among manufacturers of moulds and customers. With the fast development of the manufacturing industry of moulds, quotation relying on personal experience obviously can not meet need of market competition and change already, too high or low quotation not only causes enterprises to lose the market and prestige easily, also make enterprise’ s revenue and expenditure uneven. At the same time, development of CE,CSCW require enterprises to offer the estimation cost and price of the mould at the different stage of design and manufacture of moulds in time too. So, developing one set of moulds quotation system that can reflect the mould manufacturing company’ s own production capacity , also can satisfying the demands of consumers in speed, accuracy and detail becomes common concern questions of manufacturer of the moulds and customer.This text developed a set of moulds quotation administrative system facing the field of moulding plastics with injection moulds as the main research object on the basis of the thought of CE, in order to deal with the ubiquitous problem that cycle is very long, price is inaccurate in the fields of moulds quotation, provided a tool that offered fast, accurate quotation to enterprises and to realize computer-aided-quotation of injection moulds. Combining with the moulds manufacturing fact in enterprises, with the guidance of advance, scientific, applicable and self-adaptive theory, the text deeply analyses the quotation system and constructs an open system framework based on research of a large amount of information.At first, the text discusses the traditional characteristic and method on mould quotation and then respectively constructs code system of plastic part and injecton mould according to comparability theory through cost analysis of injection moulds. With this system, the plastic part characters and the mould characters which are close to the mould cost are expressed; By using F-AHP, the text constructs a coefficient model of plastic part and mould-characters, quantifies comparability successfully; Searching cost and quotation of comparative moulds with comparative searching-method based on character-coding, constructing structure and designing craft of the present mould according to the structure and the craft of the comparative moulds being searched out, and computing cost of the present mould according to constructed structure and craft, finally the author realizes the injection mould-quotation according to mould cost and other terms of moulds quotation.This text makes breakthrough in character-coding of plastic and injection moulds search of comparative moulds computation of comparability construction of moulds structure and design of craft.
