Abstract


Since the beginning of 2004, the migrant workers were in supply falls short of demand in the labour market of Dongguan. With the international financial crisis, the migrant worker’s status has changed the transformation by original supply falls short of demand were the oversupply until the fourth quarter’s beginning in 2008. Nevertheless, at the end of the first quarter in 2009, their supply has returned the supply falls short of demand again. Their supply varied so frequently for the international financial crisis.For this,this pasaage mainly talk about "the migrant workers supply’s variation for the international financial crisis "as a study, it is tried to answer some questions below:first, "how inflence the degree", is to analyze the migrant workers’s variation at the influnence of the financial crisis. Second,"how to influence", is to what mechanism inflence their viariation in the international financial crisis. Third, "why leads to this influence", is to why the financial crisis can influence their variation. Fourth, "how to relieve the influence", is to relieve the contradiction about migrant workers.Under the basis of migrant workers’variation analysis, it emphasized analyze the mechanism at demand variation and supply variation separately, and then according to the actual state and problem of Dongguan’s economic development to analyze the further reasons, and bring up the corresponding idea, have the realistic meaning.
