Abstract


With the gradual promotion of constant completion of the socialist market economy system and the reform of the recruitment system, the labor market is becoming riper in our country; the dispatching employment has become an important part of the employment in many companies. Therefore, the dispatching employment management has become an important part of the labor management and how to manage the dispatching employment has become an important issue of the company’s sustainable, healthy and efficient development.First of all, the definition and a general review of dispatching employment are given in the thesis, and related concepts and regulations of dispatching employment at home and abroad are analyzed. The implications of dispatching employment are discussed further. Secondly, the current situation of dispatching employment in China is introduced and the reasons of the emergence of dispatching employment are expounded. The role that dispatching employment would play in the economic development of our country is also stated. Thirdly, the problems and reasons in the management dispatching employment which happened in Henan Oil Products Company are analyzed in this thesis. The history and current situation of the dispatching employment in Henan Oil Products Company are introduced, and the problems and reasons in the management dispatching employment which happened in Henan Oil Products Company are analyzed. The countermeasures of the Henan Oil Products Company’s dispatching employment management are explained. The current international situation of the dispatching employment and the new situation which will be put forward to the domestic companies when the Labor Contract Law is put into force are analyzed. The countermeasures of management the dispatching employment is presented combing the new situation of dispatching employment with the reality of the enterprise. Finally, the management of the dispatching employment is summarized and some suggestions which will standardize the dispatching employment are put forward.
