Abstract


In the 1980s , with the rise and development of the tourism industry , the social structure of the tourist places occurred a great change . In this study, the occupational structure as the starting point , trying to reflect the trajectory and extent of changes in social structure of the Tourism . Through comparative analysis of Dunhuang City Yeung Ka Xiang and Kuo Baoxiang , this study focuses on the Tourism residents occupational structure transition motivation and results . First select two different times before and after the tourism development point of reference , comparison and analysis of travel - Yang Xiang residents occupational structure . Then , this paper analyzes the Tourism Development Kuo the Baoxiang residents occupational structure changes , and compare and Tourism Yang Township . Also found that tourism residents occupational structure a huge change in the tourism development process , the most obvious of which is characterized by the the service grades residents increased agricultural vocational residents to reduce . Secondly, the universality and particularity of the occupational structure changes from the residents of Tourism , the comprehensive analysis of multiple motives for their change . I believe that the universality moving because Tourism residents occupational structure changes oriented and protection , tourism development is the key to promoting change and direct motive . On this basis , found Tourism residents occupational structure , showing the characteristics of the three results in the promotion of the tourism development : the occupational structure tend to rationalize , the hierarchical structure of the high-class as well as residents tend a reasonable modern class structure . Finally , this study also raised some thinking , and to the promotion of tourism development , tourism forms a good career structure transition model and fair , reasonable , fair social class structure .
