Abstract


With the material and cultural standard of living, health care facilities to improve China’s average life expectancy of the population improved;gradually increase the proportion of the elderly population, living for the elderly will affect the entire community is also growing. According to the Office of the State Council,the National Bureau of Statistics census of population and social science and technology statistics for 2002 show:the older population to 842,600 the number of divorces, single elderly 41,176,800, accounting for 32.68% of the total number of the elderly. At present, there has been such a phenomenon:that is, old age,"go get married family." Some older people face in life, once a mutually satisfactory, they tend to adopt a similar Moscow people "walking marriage" the way of life the rest of his life. Sociologists call it "modern take the marriage." This form of married life, the elderly solve the practical problems of life, but the adverse social consequences are gradually appearing, the purpose of this article is the systematic analysis of the elderly through "Let’s get married" phenomenon and the reasons for the type of social consequences and the corresponding response, which is the building of a harmonious marriage and family life, building a harmonious society, which has an important practical significance.
