【Objective】 cerebral hemorrhage is a common disease , one of neurology , first living in cerebrovascular disease morbidity and mortality , much of the clinicians attention. Cerebral hemorrhage patients often present obvious intracranial pressure, cerebral edema , stress -induced gastric mucosal lesions , seizures , cerebral hernia and other complications . Cerebral protective drugs currently difficult to block the complex chain pathological process , and eventually severe disability or death . Therefore , the links opened up role , effective early protection measures in the direction of the development of the clinical research . In recent years , domestic and foreign animal experiments confirmed that mild hypothermia on cerebral ischemia , brain injury have a significant protective effect . Clinical application of mild hypothermia multi- systemic hypothermia need to apply ice blanket lytic cocktail , muscle relaxants and ventilator , the extensive application of the technology is limited . The technology for clinical application as soon as possible , combined with China's current conditions and for implementing systemic hypothermia drawbacks , we choose a local mild hypothermia adjuvant therapy clinical study in patients with cerebral hemorrhage . The purpose of this study is to : (1) local mild hypothermia on cerebral hemorrhage patients with nerve function , activities of daily living , a variety of complications , and to evaluate the therapeutic value ; (2) the impact of local mild hypothermia on cerebral edema ; ( 3 ) dynamic observation of local mild hypothermia on patients with hypothalamic - pituitary - adrenal (HPA) axis hormones [ corticotropin - releasing hormone ( CRH ) , adrenocorticotropic hormone ( ACTH ) , cortisol (Cor ) , aldosterone (ALD ) ( 4 ) observation of local mild hypothermia , arginine vasopressin the prime ( AVP ) , superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), lipid peroxidase (LPO) , to investigate the pathogenesis ; evaluation of the impact of blood sugar , blood pressure , stress ulcer , kidney function , electrolytes and other aspects of the security of the technology . 【Methods】 intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) of 78 patients were randomly divided into mild hypothermia group and the conventional group ; while select 32 the hospital examination center during the same period health personnel as a healthy control group . After diagnosis , the two groups were given Lowering the intracranial pressure , promote the comprehensive treatment of brain cell metabolism and prevent complications ; immediately after the patient is admitted to the hypothermia group
