Abstract

Under the rapidly development of crown ethers, cyclodextrins and cailxarenes, fields of the study on supramolecular chemistry play an importent role in molecular recognition and molecular-packages. Calix pyrrole was a novel supramolecular host synthesized from acidic condition of pyrrole with ketone, it has an exceptional capacity to encapsulate other molecules or ions within its cavity. As a new receptor in supramolecular chemistry, it demonstrates higher specificity in molecular recognition, better selectivity and to be easily synthesized.Sulfoxide and sulfone compounds are classes of widely used organic intermediates, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, etc. Playing an important role in organic synthesis.Sulfide oxidation is the synthetic sulfoxide, sulfone most direct and most commonly used method. Sulfoxide can be further oxidized into sulfone by select oxidants, controlled oxidation conditions are required for the corresponding oxidation products. Acid rain is generated by sulfur oxides, environmental pollution on human health and cause some damage. In addition to other injuries caused by sulfide compounds are also greatly concerned by the researchers. But the traditional deep desulfurization process increasingly difficult to meet the requirements and deep oxidation desulfurization In recent years to become a research hotspot. Great significance of sulfide oxidation for achieving life. Therefore, in all we mainly studied and discussed:(1) The impurity atom macrocycles synthesis and purification, and explore the synthesis conditions, synthetic route, and establish reasonable purification. (2) sulfide oxidation for some applied research.
