Abstract


We live in a crisis -prone years , particularly in the era the context of economic globalization , social complexity and the natural environment deteriorating , public crisis has been very sporadic state into a normalized frequency of social management can not be avoided a major challenge. Thus, in the 2003 SARS incident , crisis management, crisis communication and other related issues began to become an important area of ??research for China 's political science and journalism and communication scholars . What is a crisis ? Its roots where ? Process of how to prevent the crisis ? How to control the crisis ? How to save the day ? How to defuse the crisis ? Crisis communication what is the responsibility of the government, the media , the public ? In the context of globalization , to build a set of propagation crisis management system within the field of vision to become the urgent needs of the society . Starting from the origin of the crisis , to sort out the basis of crisis and crisis management research , combined with China's specific national conditions , pointed out the problems in the crisis communication mechanism in China : the audience 's right to know should be fully protected , the media in crisis communication in \The government, the media , the public is the three main public crisis communication . The public rely on the government and the media to provide a public crisis-related information as the basis for the actions and reactions to the public through a variety of channels , including person-to-person transmission to seek relevant information, and actively participate in the process of public crisis communication .
