Abstract


International industrial shift caused by the foreign direct investment as the object of study , aimed at promoting China's industrial structure adjustment , and promote the healthy development of the national economy . Firstly, the use of statistical measurement regression method to study the relationship of the United States , Hong Kong , Singapore , and China's industrial structure and foreign direct investment , followed by the use of time series models to predict China's industrial transfer , followed by use of principal component analysis research within the Chinese manufacturing subsidiary industry competitiveness , to arrive at what industry should implement the transfer of industries . The results showed that the manufacturing sector of the United States , Hong Kong , Singapore and China , these countries change their foreign direct investment has a significant negative correlation between the changes in the manufacturing sector will cause internal subsidiary industries industrial transfer . Transfer of Chinese industry projections indicate that nearly two years , the average annual amount of foreign direct investment of over ten billion dollars , will continue to decline in the manufacturing sector , to develop industrial restructuring policy . The results of the comprehensive competitiveness of the manufacturing sector within the subsidiary industries textiles, machinery manufacturing , special equipment manufacturing industry, originally belonging to the dominant industries in recession , pharmaceutical , garment industry , paper industry competitiveness has already begun to strengthen , but the prospect of development , the paper presents these industries can be transferred in part by the industry 's international transfer production of affordable products , maintain domestic R \u0026 D and production of high-end products to delay a recession . This confirms the necessity and feasibility of international industrial shift , some countermeasures and suggestions put forward industrial restructuring , expected to help develop policies for government departments .
