Abstract

In this experiment, the sea of ??jade on the 4th corn hybrids as material weight through different soil moisture and water handling different sit, drought stress at different growth stages, and through the physiological yield and grain quality indicators and the measurement and analysis to explore Maize main physiological indexes dynamic changes, for the northern rainfed spring maize cultivation and irrigation provide a theoretical basis. Main conclusions of this study are as follows: (a) weight of the soil moisture content on germination rate of the order of: A5 gt; A4 gt; A3 gt; A2 gt; A1; impact of various treatments on germination order: Processing 15 (A3B5, soil moisture content of 15%, sitting water 120m ~ 3/hm ~ 2) gt; handle 18 (A4B3, soil moisture content of 20%, take the water 60m ~ 3/hm ~ 2), handling 19 (A4B4, soil moisture content of 20% , take the water 90m ~ 3/hm ~ 2) gt; processing 23 (A5B3, moisture content 25%, sitting water 60m ~ 3/hm ~ 2), handling 24 (A5B4, moisture content 25%, sitting water 90m ~ 3 / hm ~ 2) gt; 20 (A4B5, moisture content of 20%, sitting water 120m ~ 3/hm ~ 2), handling 25 (A5B5, moisture content of 25%, sitting water 120m ~ 3/hm ~ 2) gt; processing 17 (A4B2, moisture content of 20%, sitting water 30m ~ 3/hm ~ 2). Variance analysis showed that treatment 15,18,19,23,24 can reach more than 85% germination, seedling emergence purely from the perspective to deal with 15 as the best, but if the water from the dual perspective of emergence and to handle 18 and handle 23 for the best, that is, when soil moisture was 20% -25% of the water to sit 60m ~ 3/hm ~ 2 can be. (2) take different soil moisture and different water treatment, photosynthetic rate in the whole growth period showed a single peak curve, different soil moisture treatments at heading stage reached the maximum soil moisture is high, higher photosynthetic rate , rapidly changing, low soil moisture, photosynthetic rate is low, slow to change. NR activity in the whole growth period increased firstly and then decreased trends. When soil moisture is low, NR activity peak ahead of time to the jointing stage, and high water content, NR activity peak in the silking stage. CAT activity also showed a single peak curve trend, heading stage reached a peak and then decreases, but low soil moisture decreased rapidly, while the higher soil moisture decreased slowly. POD activity in the whole growth period showed high - low - high trend, the first peak in the seven-leaf stage to jointing stage, the second peak occurs at silking to grain filling stage, the lowest value appears in the heading stage. MDA content show a slow increase - slowly lower - rapidly increasing trend. (3) take different soil moisture and different water treatment, the average grain number and grain weight are handling 15 (A3B5, moisture content of 15%, sitting water 120m ~ 3/hm ~ 2) is optimal, individual production to processing 24 (A5B4, moisture content 25%, sitting water 90m ~ 3/hm ~ 2) is the best. (4) drought stress at different growth stages of chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate, NR activity, SS and SPS activity, CAT activity decreased to varying degrees. Booting drought treatment reduced chlorophyll a fastest jointing drought treatment reduced chlorophyll b fastest total chlorophyll content and chlorophyll a content changes consistent control and drought treatments were silking maximum. Different Stages of drought stress on photosynthetic rate of order: Booting gt; tasseling gt; jointing gt; silking gt; filling stage gt; maturity gt; seedling; the NR activity in the order as follows: tasseling gt; booting gt; jointing gt; silking gt; filling stage gt; seedling gt; maturity; on CAT activity following order: silking gt; filling stage gt; tasseling stage gt ; booting gt; jointing gt; seedling gt; maturity; against SS and SPS activity most affected were three periods: the jointing stage, silking stage and booting; greatest impact on the POD activity were tasseling period stage and silking. Drought Stress at Different Stages function leaves the MDA content increased. (5) drought stress at different growth stages of spring maize plant height, average leaf length, leaf width average per plant fresh weight, dry weight per plant, leaf area, leaf area index, yield and yield components in varying degrees decreased. Grain number at heading stage drought treatment decreased the most, kernel weight reduction in the filling stage the biggest drought, grain yield per plant at booting to
